We got excellent value for our money at this amazing hotel. The room was clean, vibrant, and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities like ample USB ports for international travelers. The location was perfect, close to local amenities and within walking distance to the main High Street. The staff, especially Allen, were friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The morning meal could have been improved with additional cutlery for four people instead of just two. It would have been even better if olive oil was provided along with the other provisions.

The SONOS system was an amazing extra. The convenience of having a Marks & Spencer just 2 minutes away and a bus stop nearby made our stay even more perfect.

Great welcome from the hosts, who provided a lovely welcome package with wine, biscuits, and other provisions. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including spare USB charging cables. Plus, the location was fantastic, with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants just a minute away.
There were two steep flights of stairs that we had to climb with our luggage, which was unexpected and inconvenient. parking was quite limited and expensive, costing us £6 just for a few hours on a Friday.

The location of this property is ideal, as it is near the city centre but on a quiet street. This allowed us to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep with the windows open. the hotel is conveniently close to stores, making it easy to get any necessities during our stay.
The lobby of the building was not particularly welcoming, but this was overshadowed by the positive aspects of our stay.

Well-prepared arrival, complementary drinks/snacks, clean/tidy, well-decorated. SONOS system + M&S nearby. 1-hour flight delay, but owner waited with a smile and keys. Traditional tenement building with marble floors and wide staircase. Allen gave quick tour, showing security camera and SONOS. Clean, vibrant, comfortable. Waitrose + main High Street a short walk. Independent shops + The Merlin Pub close-by. Bus-stop nearby, but we walked to town in 35 minutes. Taxi from airport approx. £20, to Castle £10. Lovely area, loved the Military Tattoo. Will be back.
